Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

To initiate a return, please visit our returns page here.

  • Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note: if you choose to return with your own label and not ours, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit and exchanges.
  • Eligible domestic returns can also be refunded in the form of store credit on an Isla Movement gift card, and no return shipping fee will be applied.
  • International returns and exchanges must be returned to Isla Movement at customers' expense.
  • 30-day Return and Exchange policy. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within the 30 day window from the order date.
  • All garments must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original hang tags attached.
  • Bodysuits containing a hygiene liner, must be returned with the liner still in tact. Without the hygiene liner accompanying the return of the bodysuit, will result in refusal of the return due to the item being worn.
  • All garments must be free from the following:
    • Odors, such as perfumes, colognes, chemical smells or smoke.
    • Stains of any kind, including but not limited too, self tanner and deodorant stains.
    • Animal and human hair.
    • Visible wear or damage.
  • All garments are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse any garments that show signs of wear or do not meet our criteria.
  • Proof of receipt must accompany the return. Without this information in the package will result in processing delays.
  • Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
  • Upon receipt of the return back to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return and/or exchange to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only. If a gift card was used for purchase, the gift card will first be refunded.
  • If making an exchange, and the item you’re exchanging for is out of stock, we will refund your item returned.
  • If returning or exchanging an item that was a gift, please note we will still need the original order number with the returned item.
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned/exchanged, no exceptions.
